Privacy Policy

Eis Teleion Coaching LLC ("I," "me") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this site collects, why, and what I do with it. If anything here is unclear, email me at EisTeleionCoaching@pm.me and I'll answer plainly.

What I collect

When you fill out the discovery call form, you give me your first name, your email address, and optionally your last name, phone number, availability, and anything you choose to tell me about your situation.

When you download the self-assessment or another free resource, you give me your email address so I can send it to you.

If you comment on the blog, you provide a name and email address, and whatever you write in the comment.

Like nearly every website, this site also collects basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, general location, and the pages you visit. This is standard hosting and analytics data. It doesn't identify you personally.

How I use it

I use your contact information to reply to you, to send you the resource you asked for, and to arrange a call. Replies come from EisTeleionCoaching@pm.me.

If you give me your email address to download a resource or you ask to hear from me, I may also send you occasional emails about recovery, new writing, and what I offer. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. Unsubscribing does not affect coaching we're already doing together.

If we work together, I keep ordinary business records such as scheduling and invoices.

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with advertisers.

Who else touches it

• Wix hosts this site and stores form submissions on my behalf.

• Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from automated spam. It is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

• My email provider handles messages, and my email marketing tool handles any list emails.

• Payment providers handle payments when applicable.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. I've chosen them as ordinary business tools, not to gather information about you.

Confidentiality

What you share with me in coaching stays between us, within the limits the law requires of everyone. Coaching is not therapy, and it doesn't carry the legal privilege that licensed counseling does. If you want to understand exactly where those limits sit in your situation, ask me before you share something sensitive and I'll tell you what I know.

Blog comments

If commenting is enabled on the blog, anything you post is public. Your name and comment are visible to anyone who visits the page, and search engines may index them. Given the subject matter here, think carefully before commenting under your real name, and don't post details you wouldn't want tied to you publicly. Your email address is not shown publicly.

I moderate comments and may edit or remove any comment, including ones that identify another person, promote a product, or are abusive. Ask me and I'll delete your comment.

How long I keep it

I keep form submissions and correspondence as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to keep normal business records. If you'd like me to delete your information, email me and I will, except where I'm required to keep a record.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. Email me and I'll take care of it. You can also stop using the form at any time and contact me directly by email instead.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to function properly and to understand basic traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Children

This site is intended for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top.
